As the lead designer, I oversaw the entire design process, starting with user research and detailed user flows. I led the complete redesign of the mobile app, creating a modern and intuitive interface across 523 screens. To ensure consistency and scalability, I built a robust design system that streamlined development and supported expansion to a web app.

I worked closely with the development team and Product Manager Marek Holub to bring the designs to life with pixel-perfect precision while aligning with business goals. Beyond my core design responsibilities, I set the overall design direction, mentored junior designers, and collaborated with stakeholders to ensure the project met their vision.

I led the full redesign of the client’s mobile app, improving every aspect of the user experience. This included refining existing features and introducing new functionalities while ensuring a familiar feel for existing users.

User research was central to this process. I conducted in-depth research and translated insights into detailed user flows, ensuring every design decision addressed real user needs and pain points

A major addition was the introduction of “Lite” and “Pro” trading modes. I designed a clear selection screen to help users choose the experience that best suited their needs. “Lite” offers a simplified, beginner-friendly interface, while “Pro” provides advanced tools, charting, and analytics for experienced traders.

I designed a streamlined user overview screen that offers a complete view of the portfolio. It consolidates balances across wallet, trade, rewards, and earnings, giving users a clear snapshot of their holdings and performance.

The “Earn” screen provides users with a clear overview of income-generating opportunities, showcasing both active and passive strategies. Designed to align with individual risk tolerance and financial goals, it simplifies the decision-making process for users.

To ensure consistency and efficiency, a comprehensive design system was developed as the foundation of the entire mobile application. It streamlined both design and development, creating a unified experience across 523 screens and 76 user flows. Built for scalability, it also laid the groundwork for the future desktop web application.

The redesigned crypto trading app delivers a more intuitive and accessible experience for traders of all levels. With “Lite” and “Pro” modes, a comprehensive portfolio overview, and the “Earn” feature, users have greater control and flexibility. A robust design system has streamlined development and will maintain consistency as the platform expands to desktop.
